OUR PRODUCTS
Dished Knives
Dished knives are core flagship slitting tools of our factory, featuring mature mass production, abundant stock of standard sizes and shortened lead time for customized orders. Compatible with all scissor-type slitting equipment, they fit both pneumatic and mechanical knife holders. Matched with self-produced counter knives, they form the upper cutter assembly of scissor cutting units, while all blade holders and counter knives are fully manufactured in-house.
Flat Knives
Flat knives are high-speed scissor slitting upper circular knives, matched with all series dished knives as complementary cutting tools. Compatible with pneumatic and mechanical knife holders. they cooperate with self-produced counter knives to constitute a complete scissors cutting unit.
Bottom Knives
Bottom Knives are core matching lower cutting components for dished knives and flat knives, constituting a complete shear slitting system. Mounted on the lower machine shaft, they cooperate with upper circular knives to realize burr-free, high-precision shear cutting of all types of flexible roll stocks.
Multi Bottom Knives
Multi Bottom Knives are high-precision integrated bottom knives specially designed for slitting and rewinding machines. Replacing traditional assembled single counter knives, the one-piece integrated structure enables error-free continuous serial slitting with a standard pitch of 5mm or 10mm. Compared with combined single knives, our multi bottom knives feature higher precision, better stability and more competitive unit cost, widely used for slitting paper, cardboard, films, flexible packaging, non-wovens, adhesive materials and various roll stocks.
Crush Cut Knives
Crush Cutting Knives with 30°/45°/60° cutting angles, made of D2 steel, Standard sizes in stock, radiused/serrated edge customizable, resharpenable. Compatible with all pneumatic knife holders for slitter rewinder, flexo machine, cutting paper, film, labels & non-woven fabrics.
Knife Holders
Our mechanical upper knife holders fall into three core types: Hardened Screw Locking Holders, Standard Screw Locking Knife Holders and Self Locking Knife Holders, designed as matching supports for conical knives to build complete scissor-type cutting assemblies, cooperating with counter bottom knives for reciprocating shear slitting.

FAQS
Abrasive Cutting Knives are industrial cutting tools specifically designed for cutting abrasive rolls such as sandpaper and abrasive cloth.
Dished knives are circular cutting tools used for shear-type slitting. Unlike completely flat “flat knives,” their blades feature a concave geometric shape (resembling a plate or dish), a design that enables them to generate specific lateral cutting forces during rotational shearing.
Adhesive materials: Self-adhesive labels, adhesive tape, various composite films (die-cutting can create a temporary seal along the cut edges).
Elastic/soft materials: Rubber, non-woven fabric (NWF), textiles, tissue paper.
Abrasive/hard materials: Materials such as sandpaper that can quickly wear down standard sharp blades.
Yes. Flat Knives can be regrinded multiple times. Because Flat Knives are machined, they feature high precision and sufficient material allowance, making them ideal for multiple regrinds to restore their original sharpness.
Recommendation:
Have the regrinding performed by the original manufacturer or a professional regrinding service provider to ensure that the concentricity, end face runout, and cutting edge angles meet the original specifications after regrinding.
Proper regrinding can significantly reduce the cost per cut.
